ITB Cocoa is the cocoa powder brand of ND Pharma & Biotech Co, under the seal of ITB, (IntaBiotech) our commercial company in Spain. Our Cocoa is sourced in West Africa as raw and totally processed and produced in Spain under EU Quality Standards in a modern factory located in NW Spain. Our cocoa is accepted worldwide and no regulatory or usage levels changes in dependence of jurisdictions and/or territories.
Cocoa processing
Involves harvesting, fermenting, drying, roasting, winnowing, and grinding the beans to produce cocoa liquor, from which cocoa butter and solids (for cocoa powder) are extracted and combined to create chocolate.
While the core process is natural, «cocoa processing» refers to the industrial processing of cocoa compounds to create an own brand of Cocoa as ITB Cocoa that makes it delicious, versatile and adapted to a huge variety of applications within the confectionery and bakery industry.

We are proud to introduce our brand of Cocoa, sourced in West Africa, processed and manufactured in Spain, and crafted to give flavor and color to all kind of natural, premium and luxury luxury chocolates in the world, with maximum attention to production finest details. For us to make fine ingredients are not an indulgence, it´s a necessity.
We source our own ingredients and then we make our own products.
Our people are dedicated to nothing less than the pursuit of cocoa perfection at more than affordable prices.
Again, for us everything starts with sourcing at origin in West African countries.
We use only the finest grown cocoa beans from Ghana and Ivory Coast.
Our products contains unusually 95% to 100% (in dependence if alkalized or natural) cocoa solids. We let producers and customers to reach the perfect contrast to the intensity of other ingredients. But we sell pure cocoa, no hidden issues.
Today, we still pay the same attention to detail at our factory as we did when our cocoa varieties were made in Northwest Spain, where imported cocoa has been a tradition since early 1700, a tradition that still remains nowadays. This means that we will continue to delight the most discerning of producers, elaborators and customers, both industrial and retailers.
